Illumintated door sills, 2016 vs 2017

Does anyone know if the Illuminated door sills for the 2017 model will fit on the 2016's? These are the ones I'm looking at:

They appear to be slightly different shaped then the ones for the 2016's but the 2016's one don't include the rear sills, which I would want.

I imagine the locator template will be off but I can't imagine they won't fit the actual door sills. If any one has experience with them let me know. Thanks

No one? Anyone? I just want to know if the 2017 sills fit a 2016? If anyone has the 2017 sills can you measure them and post the length. Same goes for anyone with the 2016 sills, post the length. Since the actual sills of the car are flat I'm thinking they will fit.

Can't imagine they'd be that different. They aren't hugely popular. That's why you're not getting any replies. I want to get a set though. Keep us posted.
