My roomie has a 4 year old impala and recently has had some problems. There's a loud moaning coming from the from wheels when he turns the wheels. The fluid is fine and he says the car is the exact same as far as feeling when he turns the wheel. Any ideas on what might be causing this? I was thinking maybe the brushings are wearing out? Yeah, and FYI, the power steering fluid cap is a b**** to reach on a 2001 impala.
