How's it work? Does it vibrate too much without cushioning?

The camera is solidly mounted. However, the sways and vibrations in the car are noticable, but not terribly so.

what are you doing for engine management, and what can be pulled off the capri for the turbo system?

Nothing more than a RRFPR and the stock computer.

I used only a few odds and ends from the capri. Really the only thing that was used was the turbo. I'd hoped to swap the exhaust cams but the machine work to "polish" the cam and head journals would put me out of budget.

Maybe one day, but for now it's working OK. AFRs are in the mid 12's to low 13's. I've put about 100 "race" miles on it since I've built it and all seems well.
