there's some dude around here who rides down a main road during rush hour all the time on one of those. sometimes it's a bit later and it's dark, he has no lighting or anything. that guy isn't quite right. he even does it in the winter with snow on the road
im suprised so many people actually went out and watched that, although i would go myself and watch that...i woulda build one of those wheelchairs maybe throw some nitrous on it haha
