HID Output?

I am considering getting a H4 High/Low HID kit for the MSP when she arrives in a month. I am trying to decide between a 6k and 8k bulb. I really do like the bluish tint to real HIDs I see driving around town in Benz's or BMW's but I dont know what output they are? I tried searching various places. Does anyone know the output K for various manufactures?

Is there a price difference between the two? Also, have you looked into heat output differences?

Might as well get the brighter ones if they won't cause any problems.

Actually, if you're looking for the brightest light output then you should get the 4k series. Anything greater than that and you'll be losing light. But if you want the blue look then 6k is the way to go. 8k will be more purplish.
