Hehe...I've seen that video before...crazy stuff.

The guy definitely played his cards right with the cops...notice he didn't say a word, and followed their instructions without telling them off.....and IIRC he was let go (I remember seeing the original thread a while back on a WRX forum, the guy who did the donuts came on and said he got off).
