it happens whenever i talk to anyone with a picture on the left side of the window. does anyone know how to fit it?

and also whenever i try to use disk clean up, it dosent do anything. is there any way to fix it without dissassembling the computer?

tough action, thats called "last resort"

try to uninstall AIM and reinstall and see what happens. disk cleanup is the suck. clean up your unused programs manually and then defragment your drive.

tried that and it didnt work. its gonna take me a long time to organize all my stuff for reformating

my disk cleanup does the same thing...Gets to like 3 percent, then s**** the bed forever...never really need to use it anyway...just annoying...

I would try reinstalling AIM...mine use to do the same thing, but turned out to be a conflict with my router or something...so I ended up needing to reset that thing...which was fantastic considering I am not an IT major...But i have heard of others having the same problem, and reinstalling AIM, and then being perfectly fine...

have you tried turning off AIM expressions ?
