Rear Strut Bar Installed (pics=56K Death)

Well, it came in the mail and my buddy and I didn't wait a minute to start the install. And let me tell you this b**** is tight!!! Took a Dremel to the interior and slowly started cutting away a hole. GT SPEC made a nice bar here. Good quality and the paint finish to the plates are a nice spicy orange.

Butt Dyno proved a BIG difference. Can't wait to get on some twisty mountain roads.

how's about focusing the pictures?


i like it, a lot. i'm contemplating this tower bar also, but i definitely will have it powdercoated so its not that wacky ass orange.
 
nice nice, i take it u cut the plastic to fit the bar through?
 
You could also just leave the plastic off if you wish, he used a dremel to make it look nice and tidy.
 
I'm going to go back over it with that door edge trim to clean it up some.
