LSD Failure LIST

I copied the original post which wasn't the most recent. If you want to bring the new list to this page you are welcome. I would but it would be hard to do on my
iPhone. I'll re do it later if you havnt by then.

I blew mine at around 70k miles, put in a welded one.

ps: im failing at keeping this list.

Just blew mine at 181,000km's. Fun Fun. Well I have to replace my stock original clutch anyways so might as well

LSD Failure LIST

This is a thread to list how many people have had their LSD fail.
(meaning a registry only)

Please post your miles or approx. miles at the time. Also, please note if yours was welded or not and if you had the spring or non spring version.

120k and she finally gave out. Barely popped the clutch accidentally and there she went.

134k, stock diff, replacing with welded and an exedy stage 1 clutch

How in the world did it break? Did you talk to MFactory about it? I mean really 99.9% of these cars don't come near pushing the limits of those things. I put one in my car so I didn't have to worry about that crap breaking.

I have no idea I haven't drove it hard in year just to and from work and around town. after this long I figured there wouldn't be much they would do.

True, might not but you never know. Might be able to exchange it at a discounted price on a new one. I wouldn't expect to get a free one either but some times companies want the broken stuff to figure out why it broke.
