I am not sure how that works...If you found a wrecked MSP you definately could get it...
But through dealerships I don't know how they handle it...You would probably be able to order a new G15M-R with the LSD, or you could order both and have the dealership install the LSD...Both would be so expensive though it would not be worth it...even if your stock box is ruined, locate a used G15M and a new LSD and have it installed...
