Anyone else having door lock problems?

i have a 2002 P5 and i am having some electronic door lock issues... i have like 38k miles on it so warranty may be out of the question.

about 3 months ago it happened to my passenger side door. when i went to unlock my doors with the remote, all of the door would unlock EXCEPT for the passenger side door, i had to manually open it with the key or reach across from the inside. the unlock button inside would unlock that door either...

anyways, about a month later it started to work all of a sudden!

now this past weekend, it has happened to my drivers side door. it wont unlock or lock electronically at all and this really sucks becuase now im so paranoid that everytime i use the lock/unlock feature that my car may not be locked at all so i have to visually go and check all of my doors everytime i park somewhere...

just curious to see if anyone else has had issues with this...
