Hey guys im about to install my new blaupunkt amp and infinity reference components. I am mounting it under the passenger seat (it fits in next to the heat vent, no mods required! wow!)

im removing the passenger seat to get the amp installed out. I am wondering if anyone could give me the torque specs of the 4 seat mounting bolts (they were HARD to get loose!) and advise me about any precautions I might need to take since my car has side airbags

Torque specs on the seat??........Tight ft/lbs.
Just tighten them down good.There may be specs but I doubt even the factory puts then in to the spec.Have fun finding them if there are some!

BTW it is just a seat.

i have my amp under my seat also, i just tightened them as tight as i could get them.

ok good... now about the wires for the airbag... how the hell do I disconnect the connector? Its got me stumped... :mad:

edit: nvm got it.... it had a child proof top on it

when i had my amp under my seat i didn't even bother to take the seat out. . it was fine just sliding it in under there. .. . ..i dunno
