STuff called "Never Dull" in a small tin can at auto stores works wonders. It's like a big puff of cotton ball like stuff you just pull out and dry wipe chrome/steel parts. It'll make pretty much any dull surface (try it on your A/C lines under your hood)and make them shiny. Good stuff and very clean to use.
