digital compass

hi,
Has anybody installed a digital compass? I was looking at the area where the cassette deck should be. Can it be done?(scratch)

i used to be working on one....i need the compass unit though....and im lazy. but...the unit i almost finished with would definetly fit in the cassette deck area. maybe i should finish that.
