who do you take out STOCK Head Unit..?

hey guys i'm having trouble taking out the center consul .. i tried but the A/C unit is attached to consol.. are their any detailed instructions that you guys can give me so that i could replace my stock head unit with my new pioneer premier?? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP guys help!! respond asap.. thank you

The console doesn't come out to take out the head unit.

There are two trim tabs on the sides of the head unit. After you take them off use at total of 4 din tools to take out the head unit.
