Used the tilt to let air in yesterday and now the drivers side track won*t go down. Took it apart, and took this video under the liner of two threaded rods/cables. One spins and one is jammed. Anyone seen this? Could it be a bad motor?

Attached two pictures also showing the tracks. The "good" one has a gap between the piece that slides along the track and the end of the track. The "bad" one there is no gap, the piece is all the way at the end of the track. Don't know if that got jammed somehow and is preventing it from moving?? Stuck at what to do next.
