CX5 engine compartment noise

Got in the wife's car and heard this yesterday... any ideas.. was thinking tensioner so pulled the belt and still made the noise, speeding up it speeds up... seems to be on the passenger side but cant say so for sure...

Car has 85k miles on it...

An occasional grinding noise..increases w rpms... after some looking thinking my water pump is dieing possibly???

Don't have my good headphones at work

Is grinding sound a low or high frequency sound?

Any coolant weeping from the water pump? You could remove the water pump belt and feel for rough/dry bearing even though no leakage noted yet.
Can't really tell from video but don't hear the classic "squalling" sound of water pump failure but your's could be headed there soon.

Apparently I need to drive wifes car more... low on coolant and can see where the belt has sprayed it some around the motor... dangit
