I sold my CX-5 recently and have no more use for these.
For sale are two rear headrests (left and right) in black leather with red stitching. I got these through another member on this forum direct order from Japan about 5 years ago for $200 and they have been barely used.. They are great for opening up the view out the back window and are in excellent condition!
