My clock has failed after a battery disconnect, and found that Mazda is working on a permanent solution. However, I read it somewhere that there are interim repair procedures described in:

TSB #SA-021-19 (September 4, 2019) NHTSA ID#10160581

and

TSB #SA-021-19a (May 23, 2019) NHTSA ID#10165349

Can you please share with me the TSB?

Thanks in advance

What do these tsbs do. Do they resolve the clocks operation of always being a minute or so behind. That is the problem i am having with mine.

Supposedly it provides temporary fix for the not too long ago discovered consequences of a battery disconnect.
There is no clock on the GPS screen, and the time shown on the red LED panel is incorrect, unless the battery is disconnected and reconnected exactly at 1:00AM or 1:00PM.

Hope to learn more about the temporary fix once I have a copy of the TBS, as the 1:00AM/PM method did not fix all of my issues, see the below picture. The time is grayed out and reads "--:--", meaning the GPS won't sync it. Time shown on the LCD display cannot be set to 12/24 hour mode, cannot adjust timezone changes, more importantly daylight savings time adjustment twice a year.
