I'm looking to have my brakes and rotor replaced. I want to bring my own parts from RockAuto so I'm asking quotes for just the labour.
While calling some shops, one of them brought up that recalibrating the electronic emergency brake is complicated and therefore it'll be $280 for that job (it's the rear) and $350 altogether including the front. So he's charging $70 only for the front side.
My question is what other calibrations needed to be redone after replacing all 4 brakes and rotors? Are they mandatory?
