Drive belt tensioner

:
2021 Acura RDX
Hello,

At what mileage did your drive belt tensioner start leaking?

Is this a problem on the 2017-2019 CX-5's?

Replaced mine last summer so I would have been in the mid to high 60k's mileage wise.

No idea if the tensioner is different in the Gen 2 models. Really you'll just have to periodically check it. It's easy to pop the hood and look to see if there is any oil leaking around it.

Replaced mine at around 29,000 miles on my gen 1.Most of my driving is around town.Probably last longer if you do highway miles.Didn't replace belts as they looked good.Easy to check for leakage while checking fluid levels and general condition of things under the hood.
