Want to Bleed Brake Fluid - What Size Wrench for Bleeder Valves?

:
2016 Mazda CX-5 GT
Can someone please tell me what size box wrench to use to turn the bleeder valves when bleeding brake fluid? Are the front / rear valves same size in my 2012 CX9?

Thanks!!!

A box end wrench with 12 points may round off the hex on the bleeder nipples. A tubing wrench with its thicker walls usually works better. A 6 point socket is a good choice to get it started. Soak the threads in penetrating oil first, and give it some time to soak in. I like Kroil or B'laster PB. Try really hard to avoid snapping off the bleed nipple. If you do, it's possible to drill & tap it out, or just get rebuilt calipers.

Not to go off topic here, but along the lines of bleeding, anyone here know if we have figured out which Motive adapter will work on the V6 models of the CX-9? I have the Ford/Japanese 3 tab adapter I use on my Nissan, and the o-ring is too small for the CX-9 brake fluid bottle. Just curious.
