New Android Auto UI

Google is slowly rolling out the new UI for Android Auto. Has anyone received the update and tested it out on your CX-5? If so, what are your thoughts?

I got the update yesterday. It's alright in my opinion. I had gotten so used to the old version that I could basically operate it without looking. I'm sure I'll get used to it. I like the darker theme for sure. Makes the tiny 7in screen meld more into the giant bezel.

I did have an issue with maps becoming all pixelated after several minutes but haven't seen that issue since.

I was waiting for the update (Android Auto app was up to date), but I didn't see any change.

However, I read one reddit post saying that "uninstall current app and reinstall it again". Once I did it, I saw new menu settings as below and it enabled me to try it out new interface. I like new interface so far.

Thanks for the tip mazda-4-ever; just tried it and it works well. The new interface is indeed quite nice (much much better than the previous one).
