Sunroof Stuck Open?

:
2015 Mazda CX-5 GT
Hi guys, I'm running into an issue today where my 2015 CX-5 GT sunroof is stuck open in the tilted up position and the switch is non-responsive.

Any idea how to fix this? I'm looking for instructions on closing it manually with an allen key (or appropriate tool).

Thank you.

It sounds similar to my BMW's sunroof after the cable snapped.
Did you hear anything before that?

In my case, the entire sunroof was replaced under warranty.
Mazda might have a diff design. So, this info might not help you at all.

I went through a car wash yesterday but I'm not sure if it had anything to do with that. Didn't hear any cables snap. It could be a fuse or something.

Yes, my Saabs always had that failsafe where you could use a tool to manually close it. What a smart idea! I don't think that's a thing anymore, oddly.

Randomly for a few days my switch was mostly non responsive. I had to keep pushing on it extra hard (enough to pop the button off) to work it. Then one day it was working normal and never happened again.
