I'd do oil changes every 7500mi unless it gets a lot of short trips, then every 5K miles.
That's about it.
At 20K miles per year, that will put you at 85K miles in 2 more years. You can choose to do the plugs then, or not. I did, and wished I hadn't. No need.
Also consider near this time belts/tensioner pulley.
The CX5 NA really is a stoopid low maintenance machine.
