Hi Gents,

Well after 8 years and 154,303 Kms, and about a year of research and car shows, today I traded in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0t Turbo for a top of the line 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature 2.5 liter Turbo SUV. I owned the Sonata for just over 8 years which is the longest I ever had the same vehicle.

I hope I keep the CX-9 longer.

Thanks to all the folks who post here and will undoubtedly keep me sane when problems occur.

Regards,

Jim

Funny, that's what I did in Oct 2018, traded a 2011 Hyundai Sonata limited 2.0 Turbo, for the 2018 Mazda CX-9 Sig. My Hyundai was becoming a maintenance hog @ ~ 95,000mi. I am still enjoying my 2018 Sig it's a joy to drive and after switching out the OEM rims and tires, it's a thing of beauty. Anything else will cost @ least $10K more based on the features the Sig provides. I believe you made a great choice considering the alternatives. Good luck...

Peace and blessings,

Azeke

As long term Hyundai owners, what was the warranty/dealership experience like?
