2013~2016 Mazda Toolbox won't update SD card with December 2018 update

I tried to update my card and received the message that there is no available update. However, when I click map version it shows I have 2014 Q2 and the latest available is December 2018. Has anyone else experienced this? I did submit an issue through their customer care site.

What year is your CX? It's VERY helpful if you put such info in your signature so that when you ask questions folks know what MY you have.
