I use my iPhone in my CX-5, but don't have the upgrade for carplay, etc. I do use Bluetooth to listen to music, and often to talk on the phone. Recently, got gifted a set of earPods, but when I try to use them in the car, because I can hear better and be heard better with earphones, the car and the earPods won't play nicely. Eventually, the Mazda wins and I'm forced to use the car's Bluetooth connection.
Anybody know how I can set up my iPhone, earPods and Mazda so the car plays music and phone until I put in the earPods, and then the music shuts off, the Bluetooth with the car (presumably) gets turned off, and I can use the earPods to talk in the car until I put them in the case?
