2017 cx-9 signature
Hey guys, not sure if Im in the right forum thread but hoping someone might be able to lep me figure this out.
I have a 2017 Mazda cx9 signature. had it since nov 2017

So, I was driving to work this morning (-35 degrees Celsius) and then I have noticed in my Multi-Information Display that the Lane Assist icon was there. I have never seen those 2 icons and that display before before. Please refer to the pictures attached below, circled.

For the bigger circle, normally i had to cycle thru "info" to have that displayed. but in this case, that automatically happens when I go out of lane, it just appears. (I was the only one on the road so I made sure i am aware of my surround while I was driving and testing that thing. )

NOW, I drove from work to home. Nothing. they weren't there anymore. please refer to the 3rd picture. does anybody know how that happened?

Has anyone had this happened before? I read the manual and If I understand it correctly, those icons should actually be there all the time, considering that I have met all the conditions, which I know I have.

so. yeah.... anybody got any clue?

that's the lane recognition indicator display.
So basically tells you when the camera recognizes the lane markers.
the 2nd picture on the top is the car distance indicator.
Tells you if you are close to the car in front of you or not.
