Is it totaled? 2013 mazda 3 touring

Think this is totaled? 2013 mazda 3 touring, 46,500 miles, no air bag deployment, no leaking fluid. KBB values it 6500 trade in, 9k private, 10.5k retail.

I still owe 9500 on the loan so i am worried i will get a lame offer from car insurance company (root insurance) and will be stuck with remaining car payments. Hopefully... it is repairable and i will just be responsible for deductible and increased car insurance premium (i was at fault).

Rsvinyl thanks for the input. It was relatively low impact (10-15mph) so I'm just hoping the frame isn't bent. I'm being told if it's not bent I should be fine. Hearing from friends im looking at 4-5k for repairs? Guess time will tell...

Yeah, that looks like a fairly straight forward repair. I don't see anything that would cause frame damage. Have you driven the car since the accident? Does it still track straight or does it feel like the alignment is off?
