Yea, we have a panic button.

I didn't get a remote with my car and Mazda wanted wanted $184 for one but I found one at a junker for $10.

I didn't have it more than two days before setting it off three times so I cut the the nib off the backside of the button to disable it.

Man, you guys are seriously overcomplicating this.

    https://codealarmremotes.com/inc/sde...wn-module/1911

one module will make 2 windows auto up AND auto down like your Audi. Upgrade from current factory which is auto down only. If you have an aftermarket alarm, you can control the windows with your key fob.

2 modules will do all 4 doors full auto.

    Lol.

I didn't know about those things.

    It certainly would be easier.

They've been around for 20+ years, not exactly a new invention. Still a market for it though

Already posted about these modules. See post #14.

Missed that one amongst all of the "lets take my switch apart" pictures lol

The DEI module will only do 1 window (up and down). 1 CA module will do 2 windows both up/down and IMO is built better. DEI doesn't make a "bad" product, if there was no other choice I would take that over a cheap generic chinese module. But... CodeAlarm has been in business with many, many OEM car manufacturers (including Mazda) for security/remote start products for decades. That experience says a lot.

I don't work for DEI, but your statement is incorrect. One DEI module controls two windows in both directions (up/down), or 4 windows in one direction only.

If you need further proof, here's a screen shot from the DEI 535T manual.

OK, I was looking at the 529T. that just does one window both ways.
