Anyone have side steps on 2017+?

So I'm thinking about these:

However I see that the mounting brackets are quite different from the ones bought by you guys, a totally different way to fasten them on to the car. To be expected since this is a different type of design. Since this is a transaction with some seller in HK, I want to make sure that his fits without any drilling or "modifications". Based on your guy's installs, what do you think? Do you see this as being a relatively straight forward install or do you foresee unexpected complications?
(oh yea, those color parts will be immediately stripped and repainted black...wth...)
