Road Trip Soon - Six Weeks / 3,000 miles
That is a fascinating adventure; great find and thanks indeed for sharing here.
Although not as exotic as the Arctic, my wife and I (in a single CX-9 and no corporate sponsors;-) will be departing soon for a six week, 3,000 mile road trip. Our itinerary will take us to Daytona FL, then to Gulf Shores AL, on to the Big Easy for early Mardi Gras festivities, all before returning home beginning of March. This will mirror a trip we did for the 1st time last year; we had such a great time we decided to plan a similar trip this year. Last year however, we had not yet bought the new Sig 9. Little did we know it would be one of the final major road trips in our 2007 CX-7 GT. (It is now relegated to the rank of secondary day-beater, with our 2002 Legacy GT as the primary DB.)
Although we've already christened the new 9 with trips to OBX and VA Beach, we are really looking forward to this one now in a significantly more luxurious vehicle, with much more creature-comfort, and a boatload more technology... and still with that great Zoom-Zoom!
