So, I had a noise coming from my front end. Sounded like brake noise but not sure. When my vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation I had them look at the brakes. Low and behold the brakes were making a bit of noise. They needed servicing. It only has 22k kms on the odometer and it needs a service already?

Needless to say I told them that it's horse muck and they should absolutely do the service/cleaning for free. They did. Also turns out a squirrel hid a butternut in my brakes as well. So, check your brakes for foreign objects.

So far, I'm happy with the service my dealer has been providing to me. It was a pimp move to cover the brake cleaning.

Unlike Toyota or Honda, Mazda has always been willing to help their customers.
If dealers are not helpful, call their corporate with your case number assigned by the dealer.
I have owned four Mazdas. Currently 3 in my house.

My dealer doesn't really help (I have whistle wind noise from driver side for my cx5), I am in Canada, do you suggest just call Mazda then?
