Whistling after drive belt replacement - recommendations?

I had the drive belt and motor mounts replaced a month or so ago. The car is making a whistling noise--nothing severe--that changes with the speed I'm driving. I don't think the car was whistling before I had the work done--but I can't be 100% sure. I did a Google search and some posts mentioned the belt might be the problem.

I can live with the whistle as long as it's just a cosmetic-type problem--it's not that loud--but if it's a sign of some mechanical issue that needs addressing the I want to get it fixed. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks and happy holidays to y'all.

Is it speed or RPM dependent? If you're in park and revving the engine does it sound normal?
If it's dependent on how fast you're going it's probably not a belt problem. More likely to be a loose splash shield or failing wheel bearing if that's the case.
