Will '16 OEM Touring rims (17") fit a '19 Signature, Want to re-use my winter tires

I'm trading my 2016 Touring model for a 2019 Signature. I have a set of Nokian R2 SUV winter tires mounted on an extra set of stock rims. (225/65/R17)

    1. Will '16 OEM rims fit '17+ later models?
    2. The '16's use ABS as the TPMS system. I assume I'll have to add sensors to the rims for a '19? Is there a source for affordable sensors?? I see Mazda wants $100/sensor!!!
    3. What happens when you drive a '17+ model CX-5's without sensors. Is it a warning signal that can be overridden?

    TIA

You can just ignore the idiot light if you're so inclined, as long as you're willing to check your pressures manually once in awhile.

If you want to keep the TPMS feature Tirerack.com has them for $55 each.
