2017~2024 2018 Cx-5 Window Visors and Wind Noise

Hey everyone. I tried searching on the forums but couldn't get the answer I was looking for.

I recently installed window visors on my cx5. Right after installation I'm noticing wind noise (higher pitched like the window is partially opened) starting around 50km/h.

I did get the cheaper aftermarket ones that stick out a little more.

Doing some research online. There's also the oem low profile visors or there's another aftermarket one that is lower profile. I've read that these don't have as much noise.

Has anyone tried different visor designs? How's the oem model? Is there any additional wind noise?

I got the OEM low profile ones and didn't notice much noise. I've had them for over a year already tho so probably used to it lol There is some whistling sound at 70+ mph but usually nothing noticeable at lower speeds.

I definitely noticed a difference when I installed my visors.

I wonder if I will get used to it.

There probably is a difference with the lower profile oem visors. I think they look better too.

Just wondering if there's enough difference to swap my visors with oem.

I think you'll just get used to it but if you can't stand the noise, better to swap it with an OEM
