2014 CX-9 What to check before buying

Hello everbody,
I am interested with 2014 AWD 30,000 Kms CX-9. It had all service checks done by dealer in Doha Qatar,. I did the test drive as well,all fine. Warranty up to 2020 January.

But now i am afraid of Water pump issues with the car. Especially in the middle east(Temp goes above 50+ degrees of celcius), definitely not good. Is 2014 Cx-9 known with water pump issues within engine or any other known issues?

I am from Doha as well and currently running 30,000 kms on my 2016 purchased Gen 1. So far so good. That is a very low mileage for a 2014 model.

I have workmates with CX-9s currently running with 115,000 kms (2011 Model), 70,000 kms (2014 Model) and 60,000 kms (2015 Model) running fairly good with no major issues (I did a survey in order to be sure my car would last the heat of Qatar). I tried getting info about transfer case issues but I cannot find any owner which had this problem.
