Fog lamp relay

Is there a trick to getting this out? Probably a dumb question, but thought Id ask anyway. Thanks in advance.

The fog lights don't have a relay.. They have two fuses. (fuses #17 & #18)

Yes they do its right above the fuse box under the dash.

some relays will have a locking tab that you have to pry on to remove them

If you mean the switch, this is how you're move it...

Reach in behind and push the tabs.(it's a bit tricky)

You're right !!
It's somewhere under the steering wheel (I guess they must be fused as well).
But I still don't know what the OP is trying to remove ?

This looks like the locking tab in this picture.



It looks like the kind of tab that you lift instead of push in.
Sometimes you can get a tiny jewelers screwdriver under the tab to hold it open while you try to pull on the relay.

I was curious so I went out and removed my fog light relay.
The whole relay and connector are on a metal tab. You just wobble and pull it straight down.
There is a plastic tab and you have to lift it up.
I used a dental pick.. They even sell them at auto parts stores. They come in really handy.
