    Rear Strut Complete Assembly

    Hello All,

I'm quite new here. I just recently bought a 2002 Mazda Protege5. I was just wondering if anyone knows of what brands are good for Strut Assemblies. As the only major problem with the car is the struts.
Coilovers are an option but I prefer OE at the moment. Anything helps.

If you prefer OEM struts, off the top of my head I'd say KYB and Monroe are your best bet.

Rock auto sells monroe quick struts which includes the coil spring.
They are way easier. You just install them.
It's more involved to swap coils to a new strut and they might be old and sagging anyway.

+1. The entire assembly is faster and easier. Iíve gone the other route, and itís a whole lot more time consuming. Got fronts and rears for the one I have, looking forward to some enhancements on the ride quality.
