All these rust-free vehicles from out west are crazy! I'm in PA and most vehicles here older than 5 or 6 years have some kind of rust. If it's pre-2000, it probably looks like swiss cheese unless it's been redone.

Some pretty nice cars fellaz. I'm not a huge Miata fan, but David Paul: nice!

My wife's 2013 Volvo C70, 'born' and raised in Ohio on the Lake Erie shore. Find me a piece of rust on the car my son nicknamed 'Bumblebee' (because of how it transforms). Even my mechanic is like "this thing is impossibly clean." It does get driven less in Winter but certainly not babied.

    Love her so much!

Beautiful cars...I had a 2001 A4 1.8T...had nothing but problems with it and sold it after less than a year and became a Subaru WRX guy for the next 10 years. You need to be proud of going 240K on your 97!

Just curious what other vehicles CX-5 owners are driving. The CX-5 I have is actually not mine at all, but my Dad's daily driver, though there are quite a few other cars in the fleet.

The CX-5- 2016 CX-5 Touring with Moonroof and Bose Package. Bought in July as a Certified Pre-Owned with 25,000 miles on it.

2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium- My mom's daily driver, has just under 60,000 miles and has been great so far, but is due for a major service soon. I actually don't have a picture of it.

2004 Toyota Camry LE- Car for my siblings to drive. My dad bought it new in 2004 and drove it daily until 2015. It has over 200,000 miles and still runs pretty good. My sisters drive it and beat the snot out of it.

1998 BMW 323is- I bought this car during my senior year of high school. It has 140-some thousand miles on it and it's my winter daily driver as well as a fun car to drive around on the weekends and such. Unfortunately an automatic, but I may manual swap it one day. It's lowered and has some M3 parts on it.

1995 Ford F-150- my summer daily driver. 5.0L, 5 speed stick, 4x4. I restored this truck last summer. It needed major rust repairs as well as a lot of mechanical stuff. I replaced the entire bed with one from Texas as well as repainted most of it.

1987 Buick Regal- this was my first car I bought in 8th grade. I bought it as a project car, and it's still a project. All the body work is done, but it needs a drivetrain. The project has been stalled for a while but I will get back to it eventually.

    What does everyone else have?
None at present. That's why I have a CX5. It does everything decently that I NEED done.

1.8 with a Franken Turbo F21 kit. I was one of the lucky ones I guess lol.

Your M2 is drool worthy. Also like how your CX looks with the TSW wheels!

Considering the quality of the late 90's Audi's, your car is a miracle. That body style still looks great today though.

I always wanted an M car... I've had some pretty serous health issues over the past year and the wife said just do it. Never argue with the wife!

Posting from Google photo's doesn't seem to be working, but our other two cars are a 2017 RS3 and a 2016 Golf R.

I really like both of those.
I have been watching so many car reviews of exactly those two models in the past several months. Mainly the 2018 Golf R and mainly because of a couple rides in a coworker's 17 tuned GTI. Last Thursday he took me to his secret road in NW Atlanta where I got to experience how quick this car is and then also see how it handled in normal traffic with the DSG. I was extremely impressed by the GTI. He thinks I am crazy for even considering the Golf R for another $10K, but most of the reviews have mentioned the perks of the R over the GTI. Plus I like the new Audi like digital dash on the R. The one thing he admitted and I have seen with the GTI is the DSG shifts fast, but it has so much torque that he has a bit of tire slip at take off, whereas, the R with the AWD does not. At rolling speeds he can keep up with most stock Golf R because the tune puts it up to about the same torque / HP. For the RS3 I can afford it, but very doubtful my wife would agree with the price.

Have you been happy with both cars so far?

I just sold my completely stock 2017 GTI Sport two weeks ago...for the money, the GTI is hard to beat as far as an all around good performer. Coming off of 15 years of AWD cars (2003 WRX, 2013 WRX, & 2016 Audi SQ5), I can tell you that for the MK7 GTI, FWD is it's downfall. It does a great job of controlling torque steer, but wheel spin is an issue. The R being AWD resolves that issue, but it is priced with some pretty hefty competition and typically, dealers aren't dealing on them much. I am interested in hearing Maximum's input comparing his RS3 and R!
