I was wanting to change the fluid and strainer out on my 01 Protege w/ Automatic Transmission and wanted to use ramps to do the job. It seems pretty easy and straightforward, dropping the pan and installing a new strainer, gasket and reinstalling the pan. This might seem like a stupid question but since the car is up on ramps, how would someone add the proper amount of new tranny fluid without the car being level, without having someone help you push the car off the ramps?
