I picked it up a few years back on a homedepot black Friday sale for about $20-$30 if I remember correctly. I really like it as is folds flat and I can easily hang it on the wall. It's long enough where I can reach front to back on the roof with out having to reposition the platform.

I am using step ladder for washing roof its very easy to do it , if you dont want to buy it then just open the door and stand on the car space at the door

Clicking on the HomeDepot link reveals a price of $53.48.

Nice idea, but I'll continue using the 2-step stool that I already own.

You got to get it on sale! I bought mine during the black Friday sales event and it was $20-$30 if I remember correctly. There are other options out there but I liked this one cause it folds flat so I can hang it on a wall. I have a whole "detailing" wall that I hang all my equipment on, polishers, platforms, bottles, brushes, that sort of thing. It's nice to have it all in one spot.
