Question about AWR (Not sure if this is right subforum to post)

So, I'll cut right to the chase.

Does AWR normally take an extreme amount of time to ship products?

I placed an order on April 7th for some swaybar bushings and a pair of brackets, and that order has sat in "awaiting shipment" mode for at least three-quarters the time between then and now.

I really want to put my bar in, but damn is this company taking its sweet time...some body roll reduction would be nice in my time attack competitions.

Agreed. In the few times I've dealt with AWR, Tony seems to care about customer satisfaction. If there's a problem, I'm sure he'll make it right.

Thanks for the recommended course of action! I just shot him an email, and hopefully things can move along.
