Hey I was wondering if there is anyway to have your iphone mirrored onto the infotainment screen. Like can you use your gps from your iphone on the mazda screen? Any hack or way to do it?

iPhones, no. You can hack your infotainment to get android auto as a standalone app that can run some apps, not sure how it pulls internet data.
Supposedly iPhone retro fit for most Mazda connect systems is coming towards end of year.
