catalyc converter california approved?

I'm in TX, have header with non-foulers & running a magnaflow hi-flow cat. No codes and have never had any issue getting inspected. They do gather people around and point and look and then they come take my $3 off coupon and hand me my pass paperwork I need to go get the registration. Not that this has anything much to do with passing inspection in other states........
