Truth or Scam regarding CPO program "fees"

This whole thing about car pricing is nothing new.

The more the salesman, sales manager, and finance manager can squeeze out of the customer, the more they take home. The 4-square sheet of pricing they make up is one way to make the customer's head swim. Look at "4-square tactic of buying/selling cars" on Youtube. There are dozens of videos explaining this scam. The whole CPO pricing thing is another scam. You. Do. Not. Have. To. Pay. It.

The customer has three options...roll over and say, "charge me even more,"...say, "no."...or walk out.

Always remember the difference between wants and needs. You want to buy a car. They NEED to sell cars, or they don't get paychecks. Needs always are stronger than wants. Use this to your advantage. Get the book Never Split The Difference from your local library, or buy it, and make notes of the section where the author buys a car using his negotiating techniques.
