I've used these H&R 18mm (#3665673) and 20mm (#4065673) wheel spacers on the front and rear, respectively, on my 2016 CX-5 for two summers they worked great and I really like the way they improved the look compared to the stock wheel fitment. I have a set a BBS rims with a more pleasing offset and width, so I have no need for these anymore. They were over $300 for the full set, quite a bit more than some of the off-brand Chinese parts listed here and there on eBay, but I didn't want to take any chances with cheap components.
I have an unused set of nuts (#125006) for the 18mm spacers. I was afraid of rounding the corners since they don't have a real deep profile.
