Hello everyone! First time here, but have been active on several other car forums. Thanks in advance for your help.
My daughter lives in Seattle - has a 2007 CX-9 with approx. 90K miles. It just broke down and from what I've read, it sounds exactly like the dreaded ignition coil and PCM failure issue. It was towed to a local general mechanic - waiting for codes to be pulled to confirm, but I can already tell that shop is not that familiar with this model - and probably does not know about having PCM's repaired vs. new and very expensive ones.
Would love to connect her with a shop that has experience with the model - and if they do they hopefully will know about this issue (and the related TSB)
Anyone have any recommendations?
