2018 cx5 navigation TSB 09-003/18

I was having a problem with voice command on my navigation system (not working) brought the vehicle back to the dealership and they had to do an update to the Navcard based on the TSB found. That took about 3 hours! See att. Picture. Seems to be working great now.

[emoji848]Something I have noticed since the update.... is now the touch screen seems to have a cloudy wispy background to it. It looks to be part of the background/wallpaper. Is this part of the update?
It would be tough to photograph....i turned up the contrast on the nav. Screen and it dims it. At first I thought it was smudge prints on the screen and tried to wipe them off with microfiber but it doesn't come off has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any input [emoji4]
